• Tourist and Residential Complex “Apartments” is located in an exceptional area and, as such, it has its advantages

• Rulebook on Rights and Obligations certainly constitutes an integral part of the Contract aimed to ensure that all residents have properly understood all the advantages of living in Tourist and Residential Complex “Apartments” and that all residents will be protected from unconscientious, frivolous and unscrupulous people whose behavior and habits could damage the quality of life at Tourist and Residential Complex “Apartments” ;

• All residents of Tourist and Residential Complex “Apartments” are provided with 24-hour security and protection; they have corridors for movement within the Complex, controlled entrance to the Complex, regular 24-hour maintenance, care of flowers, trees, lamps, snow etc. Uninvited persons are forbidden from entering the Complex;

- Complex “Apartments”provides 24-hour district heating for its residents, at stable 24°C, and this heating is activated when outside temperature goes below+12°C! The cost of heating is determined on the basis of the Decision of the Town of Jagodina and regulations on supply of district heating in the Town of Jagodina;

- Complex “Apartments” hasits ownon-call service which provides 24-hour emergency services to its residents, including basic services such as cleaning, lift maintenance, lights, flowers, device functionality etc. but also all other services in apartments, if required;

- Complex “Apartments” has its own substation and 3 directions of reserve supply in case of emergency, as well as independent distribution switchgears for each building entrance;

- Complex “Apartments”is equipped with original KLEEMAN Co. lifts and 2 authorized lift service centers are available as on-call electricians at “Apartments” ;

- Complex “Apartments” isconstructed according to the highest European standards and all apartments meet Energy Efficiency Standard, as well as the highest standards in terms of noise reduction. Front doors of apartments are made in accordance with the needs of modern living and are specially designed for “Apartments”;

- Entire Tourist and Residential Complex is covered by video surveillance, fire detectors, aboveground and underground hydrant network, rainwater drainage system, and it has its own fenced and outdoor parking in Braće Dirak Street;
